This page explains what personal data Avenuly collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you apply to list a business or send us an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, industry, area and your email address or WhatsApp number.

If you create an account, we keep your email address, your public username and a securely hashed password. Reviews you post show your username. Each time you sign in we record the date, your IP address and browser type for 90 days, so you can check your account’s sign-in activity on your profile. When you vote for a business, we record your vote, the date and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit each business to one vote per person per day. We do not store your IP address itself.

How we use it

We use these details to set up and update business pages and to reply to you. Avenuly is operated by Innovax Solutions, which may contact listed businesses about related services such as websites and marketing. You can ask us to stop at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
